A couple of nights ago I was lying in bed thinking about dreams and fears.. how I'm terrified of heights and such. The next day I came across `krash and * dissembled's stock gallery (~dead-stock ) and found this really wonderful pose.. so I thought I would paint it.

perhaps one litle tip: I think that her elbows and knees look somewhat 'clay-like', which actually fits the picture. But perhaps it makes the legs look a bit too much like they're made out of one shape....I just can't find the term for that type of bones...uck....(I'm Dutch, that's why....) You sure know what I mean ^^;

oh wow. this is gorgeous!!
i mean, the background splashes of color alone is beautiful! but with that almost
silhouetted delicate pale being floating around in it (painted that way perhaps to
signify her willing surrender to it all? or maybe that she's captive by it? just guessing.),...it's even more wonderful!
she certainly does seem set adrift among many varying currents of dreams, both
good and strange and otherwise.
nice work licia! very inspired!

Hmmmm.. I had to think about what you said before I understood what you meant lol Do you mean that where her foot meets the other leg it looks like they're connected?
